"Refractions" is a study of mood and color. Color is created when light is refracted into waves, these waves are then perceived by the human eye, eliciting emotion and meaning. How do we associate color with mood? How does color evoke memory, emotion, sensation?

Each issue of "Refractions" explore the emotions we associate with each color; Red, Orange, Yellow, and Green. Additional issues of Refractions will be released in 2023.

Zines 4.25" x 2.75" , and each contain 6 pages of content. Zines are hand folded from an 8.5" x 11" sheet of red, orange, yellow, or green copy paper.
